1. Our Role

Caroline Latus | Travel Business Mentor acts as an Independent Travel Advisor, arranging travel services through third-party suppliers including ATOL-protected tour operators and ABTA partners where applicable.

We do not own or operate flights, accommodation, transport, or excursions.

2. Services Provided

We provide:

  • Travel planning and advice

  • Booking support for holidays, flights, hotels, cruises, and experiences

  • Support before, during, and after travel

  • Information about becoming an Independent Travel Advisor

3. Bookings & Contracts

All bookings are:

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant travel supplier

  • Governed by the supplier’s cancellation and amendment policies

  • Financially protected where applicable (ATOL / ABTA)

Your booking contract is with the travel supplier, not directly with Caroline Latus | Travel Business Mentor.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are set by travel suppliers and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Payment terms, deposits, and balances will be confirmed before booking.

5. Changes & Cancellations

Any changes or cancellations are subject to:

  • The supplier’s terms and conditions

  • Any applicable fees

We will assist where possible but cannot override supplier policies.

6. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website

  • Copy content without permission

  • Submit false or misleading information

We reserve the right to update or amend website content at any time.

8. Liability
